What things cost
Certified & Legal work runs €43.56–€54.45 per page, IVA included, before language tier and turnaround. A certified page for sworn translation is €54.45 (net €45.00 + 21% IVA); standard pages for legal and financial work are €43.56 (net €36.00 + 21% IVA).
Specialized Content runs €39.93–€54.45 per standard page, IVA included — €39.93 for technical work, €47.19 for medical and pharmaceutical, €43.56 for localization, €54.45 for marketing and transcreation.
Language & Media is priced by the unit you’d actually budget in: €2.66 per audio minute for transcription, €11.50 per video minute for subtitling, €411.40–€726.00 per interpreting session, and €18.15 per standard page for proofreading and MTPE — all IVA included.
Prices above are gross, IVA included — the figure you actually pay. The net amount and 21% IVA are itemized in your cart, and any hard-copy delivery is added there too.
What language pairs cost, and why
Every service is priced in three tiers, from Tier A (Spanish paired with English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German or Catalan, ×1.00) to Tier C (Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Korean and other less common pairs, ×1.35). The tier is applied automatically at checkout.

How much will my translation actually cost?
You’ll see the exact price — net, IVA and total — before you add anything to your cart. Choose the service, language pair and turnaround, and the price updates live.
Is a certified translation the same as a sworn translation?
Yes — in Spain, "traducción jurada" (sworn translation) is what’s commonly called a certified translation elsewhere: it carries the translator’s stamp, signature and a formal statement certifying it’s complete and faithful to the original.
How do I send you my documents?
Order online first, then reply to your confirmation email (or write to support@sophytranslation.com) with your order reference and attach your files. We don’t ask for an upload during checkout.
What if my language pair isn’t listed?
Tell us in a quote request — most pairs outside the published tiers can still be arranged, priced individually.
