Quote & order
You see the price for your service, language pair, turnaround and any add-ons before you order — nothing is confirmed by phone first. For work outside the published catalogue, a quote request gets a reply within one business day.

Assignment
Your job is assigned to a translator or interpreter who works in that language pair and that subject matter — legal, medical, technical, marketing, or whichever applies. We don’t run a single generalist pool across every kind of document.

Translation & independent second-linguist review
The work is completed, then checked by a second linguist against the source before it’s finalized — for translations, that means terminology and accuracy; for interpreting, it means preparation against any material you sent in advance.

Certified delivery
You receive the finished work in the format agreed — a signed PDF, a subtitle file, a transcript, or a live session delivered on the day — with a stamped hard copy by courier if you ordered one.
Confidentiality & NDA
Every document you send is treated as confidential by default. An NDA is available on request before we see your material — ask for one when you order or when you request a quote. Files are used only to produce your translation and are not shared beyond the linguists and reviewer assigned to your job.

Interpreting is booked to a fixed date rather than expedited, so the turnaround multiplier doesn’t apply to interpreting sessions. See the full pricing.
How delivery works
Once your document is finalized, digital delivery reaches your inbox as a PDF or the format you ordered. If you added a stamped hard copy, it’s packaged and sent by courier — for Spain or the EU, depending on the option you chose at checkout.
