Process
Order & book your date
Choose your language pair, session length and location (on-site or remote); give us the date and a short description of the meeting.
Assignment & confirmation
We assign an interpreter suited to the subject matter and confirm the booking in writing before the session.
Preparation
Send any material in advance (agenda, presentations, terminology) so the interpreter can prepare — this materially improves the result.
The session
The interpreter delivers the session live, on-site or remote, for the booked length.
Confidentiality & standards
Confidentiality is standard for meetings and negotiations; an NDA is available on request before the session. Booking confirmation, including the assigned interpreter, is sent in writing ahead of time — not left to a phone call the day before. Quote requests get a reply within one business day.
When to request a quote instead
Ask for a quote instead of ordering directly if you have:
- A multi-day conference requiring several interpreters or booths
- Simultaneous interpreting requiring equipment we’d need to source
- A session outside our published hours
- A date requiring more advance planning than a standard booking
Interpreting FAQ
What’s the difference between simultaneous, consecutive and liaison interpreting?
Simultaneous is real-time, typically with equipment, for conferences and large meetings. Consecutive is spoken in segments after the speaker pauses, common for meetings and legal settings. Liaison is informal, back-and-forth interpreting for small meetings or site visits. Tell us the setting and we’ll recommend the right mode.
Can interpreting be done remotely?
Yes — by video call or phone, at the same rates as on-site work within Valladolid province; travel outside the province is a separate add-on for on-site sessions.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Cancelling inside 24 hours may incur a 50% fee, since the interpreter’s time has already been reserved for you.
Do I need to provide materials in advance?
Not required, but strongly recommended — agendas, slide decks or a glossary of names and terms materially improve accuracy, especially for technical or legal subject matter.
