How pricing works

Priced per standard page (300 source words), multiplied by language tier and turnaround. See the full tier and turnaround tables and the language tiers in detail.

Process

01

Order & format check

Choose your language pair and turnaround; tell us if the target market has a specific number/date format or accounting term set to follow.

02

Assignment

A translator working in financial and business terminology takes the job.

03

Translation & independent review

A second linguist checks terminology and figures against the source before delivery.

04

Delivery

Your document is returned in its original layout wherever the format allows.

Confidentiality & standards

Financial documents get the same independent second-linguist review applied across every service here. Confidentiality is standard; an NDA is available on request before you send anything. Quote requests for volume or ongoing work get a reply within one business day.

When to request a quote instead

Ask for a quote instead of ordering directly if you have:

  • A document set over 40 pages
  • An ongoing or retainer arrangement (quarterly reports, recurring audits)
  • A language pair outside the three tiers
  • A document requiring specific regulatory formatting beyond translation

Financial & Business Translation FAQ

Will number and date formats match the target market?

Yes — formats (thousand separators, decimal points, date order) are set to the target market’s convention as part of the translation, not left as a literal copy of the source.

Can you work from a PDF export of our accounting software?

Yes, send the PDF; if the layout is complex, we’ll confirm the delivery format with you before we start.

Do you handle recurring quarterly or annual reports?

Yes — for recurring work, request a quote so we can set up a shared glossary and a standing turnaround, rather than pricing each report from scratch.

Is this suitable for an audit submission?

It’s suitable as a translation for internal, board or investor use. If the receiving authority requires a certified translation specifically, choose Sworn & Certified Translation instead.
