Certification & delivery
The stamp, signature and certification statement are applied; the PDF is emailed, and a stamped hard copy follows by courier if you ordered one.

A certified translation carries the translator’s stamp, signature and a formal statement certifying that the translation is complete and faithful to the original — that’s what "certified" means here. Every order gets a second linguist’s independent review before it’s signed and sent. Confidentiality and an NDA are available on request; quotes for anything outside the standard catalogue get a reply within one business day.
When to request a quote instead
Ask for a quote instead of ordering directly if you have:

Will this be accepted by the institution that asked for it?
A certified translation carries the stamp, signature and certification statement that Spanish and many EU institutions require for official documents. Requirements vary by institution and country — if you know exactly what’s been asked for (specific wording, an apostille, a particular format), note it at checkout and we’ll match it or flag it before we start.
What counts as one certified page?
Up to 300 source words. A typical birth or marriage certificate is one certified page; longer documents (degrees with transcripts, multi-page contracts) are counted in certified pages of up to 300 words each.
Do I need to send the original document?
No — a clear scan or photo is enough. Send it by email once your order is placed; your confirmation email explains exactly how.
Can I get more than one stamped copy?
Yes — add "Additional certified hard copy" at checkout, €6.00 per extra copy, useful when more than one institution needs an original.
