Our office on C. Gerona is where every order is assigned, reviewed and prepared for delivery — not a forwarding address for a call centre elsewhere. Translators and interpreters we work with are matched to each job by subject matter and language pair, and every translation passes through a second linguist’s independent review before it’s signed and sent.
Based in Castilla y León
Tordesillas sits in Castilla y León, and that’s where we’re based — in person, for clients who want to bring a document in or talk through a job face to face. For everyone else, across Spain and the rest of the EU, the catalogue and the prices are exactly the same; distance doesn’t change what anything costs.
What we hold ourselves to
Every order is reviewed twice.
Once by the translator producing it, once by a second linguist checking it against the source before it goes out.
A quote gets a reply within one business day.
Not "as soon as possible" — one business day, stated as a commitment.
Ten days to flag an accuracy issue.
If something’s wrong after delivery, tell us within 10 calendar days and we correct it at no charge.
Confidentiality by default, an NDA on request.
Your documents are used only to produce your translation — ask for a signed NDA before you send anything, and we’ll provide one.
