Every service on this site has a published, itemized price. Choose the service, language pair and turnaround, and the gross total — IVA included, with the net amount and 21% IVA itemized alongside — is shown before you add anything to your cart.
How pricing works
Certified and legal pages are counted per page (up to 300 source words for standard pages, up to 300 for certified pages including the stamp and certification statement). Specialized content follows the same per-page model. Interpreting is priced per session — a half-day (4h) or a full day (8h) — because you’re booking a person’s time, not a document. Subtitling is priced per video minute of runtime, and transcription per audio minute, because that’s the unit you actually know before the job starts. Every translation, subtitling and transcription line is then multiplied by a language tier and a turnaround speed; interpreting carries the language tier but not the turnaround multiplier, since you’re booking a date, not expediting a delivery.

That’s the figure you actually pay. The net amount and 21% IVA are itemized alongside and underneath it, so the breakdown is always visible. Delivery is free for digital orders and only charged when a hard-copy add-on is in your cart. At checkout, payment runs through a clearly labelled demo payment step: no real charge is made, and no card details are stored or transmitted. Once your order is placed, we confirm it and send payment instructions and an invoice by email.
Pricing FAQ
Why isn’t sworn translation a fixed calculator like the standard-page services?
It is — sworn translation is priced per certified page (up to 300 source words) the same way as every other service, multiplied by language tier and turnaround. If your document is unusually dense or includes tables/stamps that add pages once translated, we’ll confirm the final page count before starting so there’s no surprise.
What if my document is longer than I estimated?
We count the actual translated page or word count once we open the document, before starting work, and confirm it with you if it differs meaningfully from your order — you won’t be billed for a jump you didn’t agree to.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead of the online payment step?
The checkout payment step is a demo in this version of the site; every order is confirmed by email with proper payment instructions and an invoice, so you’re never asked to enter real card details here.
Do prices differ for private individuals versus companies?
No — the published price is the same either way. Companies provide a NIF/CIF and company name at checkout for invoicing.
